LOCATION

Check us out on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday evenings/nights. See our SCHEDULE for a complete list of upcoming dates & times of events.

This website doesn't contain a specific address to maintain control over the event. This event address, contact info, arrival instructions and any other specific event information required to attend this event is posted in a Google Forms event link posted in our Telegram Announcement Groups. You'll need to request entry into the group(s) AND be approved to enter to have access to this information.

The current HoDown space is in an apartment about 6-8 min walk from the North Elizabeth NJ Transit Train Station and about 12-14 min walk from Elizabeth NJ Transit Train Station. Both NJ Transit train stations are located in Elizabeth, NJ. Event capacity is about 40-45 people. HEADS UP... parking sucks, but it's not impossible. Each Google Forms event link contains a map-link that provides parking locations and step by step walking instructions directly to our front door from a 3-4 block radius around the event. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances parking.

Due to the challenging parking, it's advised to use public transportation. The NJ Transit Northeast Corridor Line and North Jersey Coastline offers rail service. North Elizabeth Station is the closest train station but has limited service while Elizabeth Station offers more train options but is a farther walk. There are also several NJ Transit bus lines that run nearby. Look into the 112, 113, 59, 24, and 62 bus lines at NJtransit.com. For those curious about mapping us out before requesting entry into our groups, use Forman Mills (647 Newark Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07208) to aid in travel instructions.

If there is a change in venue at any time, the location change will be CLEARLY communicated in your invitation. As always, please read ALL details within your invitation to ensure you always have the correct information and go to the correct location. See FAQ for more details...

In the scenario that we reach capacity, the event will be extended. Anyone who arrived when we were at capacity will be called back, in the order they called, and granted entry.
